Nauta is not an employment agency, recruitment firm, payroll service, insurance provider, or employer.

2. Nature of the Service

Nauta provides:

• A digital interface for publishing job listings
• A messaging system between users
• Payment processing through Stripe Connect

Nauta acts solely as a technical intermediary.

All employment relationships, service agreements, and contractual obligations exist exclusively between users.
